Three Cities 2024

14th January 2024

The harbour inlets of Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea, with the Grand Harbour acting as strong backdrop,  set the scene for one of Intersport 10k Series'  fastest and flattest routes.

Running along the Three Cities' historical waterfront which is steeped in history. the route is generally flat and is  a sought after race by seasoned athletes wishing to register a personal best time, and less experienced athletes wishing to develop their running abilities.

The Three Cities Edition will take place on Sunday 14th January, with Registration taking place on Saturday 13th.

Dingli 2024

16th June 2024

Not short of stunning scenery, the Dingli course is notorious for being technical with some steep hills dotting the route, particularly in the last few hundred metres leading to the finish.  It also includes some of Malta's best coastal views from Dingli cliffs which are 253 metres above sea level.

Athletes can choose between a 10km route and a 5km route.

The Race will take place on Sunday 16th, June with registration taking place on the 15th June.

Maqluba 2024

7th April 2024

Situated in Qrendi, Maqluba is home to one of Malta’s most enduring legends.  Il-Maqluba is a sinkhole with a surface area of around 4,765 square metres and has been designated as a Special Area of Conservation.  The most challenging part of the route starts with a hill but the scenery around makes up for the challenging start.

The route is a 5km loop, which is ran twice in the case of the 10km Race.

The Race will take place on Sunday 7th April, with Registration taking place on the 6th April.

Burmarrad 2024

1st September 2024

The rural village of Burmarrad is the scene of the fourth race in the five-race series. In close proximity to bustling towns of Qawra and St. Paul's Bay, Burmarrad offers a number of hiking trails through verdant valleys. The Burmarrad edition  is set on a course of 2, 5km loops and has built a strong reputation for being one of Malta’s fastest 10 kilometre races set on quiet roads and peaceful scenery.

Athletes can choose between a 10km route and a 5km route.

The Burmarrad Edition will take place on Sunday 1st September, with Registrations taking place on Saturday 31st August.

Valletta 2024

8th December 2024

Starting from Floriana, in the main road that that leads to Valletta, the Valletta edition takes runners along the capital city's perimeter - the imposing bastions to one side and the majestic harbours of Marsamxett and Grand Harbour to the other.

Known to be one of the toughest races on the Maltese road running calendar, it still remains a firm favourite and closes off the Intersport 10k Series for the year.  Attracting veteran, seasoned and less experienced runners, this race draws a large crowd ready to face the challenging hills that dot the route.

The Race will take place on the 8th December, a public holiday, with registration taking place a day before.

The 10k Race consists of two loops, whilst those wishing to run a shorter distance can cover 1 loop for a distance of 5k.
